There is no additional out-of-pocket costs to you to utilize our services. This makes our process unique and flexible it fit within any budget, no matter the size.
No advertising budget? Let us negotiate a budget for you. PW will work with your site to determine the appropriate advertising plan and budget. From there, we will reach out to the sponsor/CRO to gain these advertising funds for you.
Step 2: Creative
Now for the fun part!
We know you are busy and developing advertising materials may seem daunting. That’s what we’re here for! Let our seasoned creative team do the work and design all your materials tailored to your clinical research’s brand and study. After approval from your site of the materials, we will facilitate sponsor and IRB submissions on your behalf.
Already have IRB-approved materials? Send them to us and we’ll take care of media placement.
Step 4: tracking
No need to remember a portal login password.
As the campaign is running, all patient referrals will get routed to you via email. If particular media components are not performing well, we can pivot and make changes throughout the campaign. Once the campaign is complete we will send a metrics overview to your site.
Step 3: placement
Your plate is full, let us implement the ads for you.
After approval of the creative materials, we will handle all implementation and performance of your advertisements. We negotiate with vendors to place your media at the best possible rates, extending your advertising dollars further.
