Ulcerative Colitis (UC) &

Clinical Research Studies

Have you had inadequate response to treatments for inflammatory bowel disease symptoms?

If you have been diagnosed with moderate to severe Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease, and had inadequate response to at least 1 conventional treatment, you may qualify for this clinical research study.

Inflammatory Bowel Diseases can be debilitating and can lead to life-threatening complications. There is no known cure for Ulcerative Colitis (UC) or Crohn's Disease (CD) at this time. Local doctors at LaPorte County Institute for Clinical Research are conducting clinical research studies to test the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication for CD and UC treatment.

Qualified participants must:

  • Be 16-80 years old

  • Have voluntarily provided written consent

  • Have been diagnosed with active moderate to sever UC or CD for at least 3 months

  • Have had inadequate response to at least 1 conventional treatment method

Participants may receive all study-related medications at no cost. Reimbursement may be given for study-related expenses.
