Uterine Fibroids Study 

Are you experiencing Heavy Menstrual Bleeding due to Uterine Fibroids?

Uterine Fibroids are noncancerous and usually appear in women of childbearing age. Some common symptoms of Uterine Fibroids include:  heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pressure or pain, constipation and difficulty emptying the bladder.  The cause of Uterine Fibroids isn’t well known.

Soapstone Center for Clinical Research in Decatur, GA is recruiting women to participate in a clinical research study with an investigational drug for heavy menstrual bleeding due to uterine fibroids.    

To qualify for their study, participating women must:

  • Be between the ages of 18 and 50
  • Experience Heavy Menstrual Bleeding due to Uterine Fibroids


Study-related care and medication will be provided at no cost to qualified participants. Reimbursement for time and travel may also be provided.
