Diabetic Gastroparesis

Clinical Research STudy

Diabetes Causing Stomach Problems?

Over time, diabetes can affect many parts of your body. One of those is the vagus nerve, which controls how fast your stomach empties food waste, called gastroparesis.  This can lead you to feeling queasy, abdominal bloating, nausea, and vomiting.

If you have  been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and are experiencing symptoms of gastroparesis, you may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational medication for diabetic gastroparesis.

Qualified participants will:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Have type 1 or type 2 diabetes

  • Be experiencing symptoms of gastroparesis

Qualified participants will receive all study-related care and medication at no cost. Compensation may be given for participation.
